Meredith completed the Massage Therapy program at the New York College of Health Professions and is, in addition, a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist. Her education also includes double-majoring in Biology and Psychology at Manhattan College and a Master’s degree in Counseling & Guidance from NYU. “I enjoy helping people feel better and think massage has so many benefits,” she says. “I’m looking forward to continually learning new techniques to help my clients feel their best.”
