Hailey is a licensed cosmetologist and makeup artist with extensive training in all aspects of hair and makeup. She specializes in highlighting, hair painting, and soft glam bridal hair and makeup. She also loves doing blowouts and updos and is now certified in Eyelash Extensions. Hailey is thrilled to be welcomed to Incentives Spa!
